the hotel has a fantastic location near the metro and train. i found the royal arena a short walk away. the staff were so kind and the facilities suited me well. i really loved having a late checkout option.
the beds felt a little narrow though comfortable.

The room was smaller than I anticipated. It was difficult to move around with my luggage. The lack of basic amenities bothered me. There was no kettle. The cleaning was also not very thorough. Items were stuffed under the pillows. This level of service for the price I paid was unacceptable.

The lack of air conditioning was pretty bad. the window barely opened, so the room got uncomfortably warm, especially at night. street noise was also an issue. I was woken up by traffic when i tried to get some air. it's like, couldn't they at least install better windows?
